This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules thereunder. It is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), wherever the context so requires, “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer on the Purycot platform. The terms “We,” “Us,” “Our,” shall mean Purycot.
By accessing, browsing, or using the Purycot website (www.purycot.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms, Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or policies referenced herein.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.
1. Membership Eligibility
Transactions on the Platform are available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are “incompetent to contract” are not eligible to use the platform.
If you are under the age of 18 years, you may use Purycot only with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Purycot reserves the right to terminate your membership if it is brought to our notice that you are underage and transacting without appropriate supervision.
2. Your Account and Registration Obligations
When you use Purycot, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree that:
- Your registration information must be true, accurate, and complete.
- You must update your mobile number and email address promptly to ensure continued communications.
- You must notify Purycot immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- If found that information provided is false or inaccurate, Purycot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account.
Purycot shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
3. Communications
When you use Purycot or send communications to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically as well, via email, SMS, or notices posted on the site.
All communication shall be deemed adequate service of notice/electronic record.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree, undertake, and confirm that your use of the Platform shall be strictly governed by the following principles:
You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information that:
- Belongs to another person and to which you do not have rights.
- Is harmful, defamatory, obscene, invasive of privacy, or otherwise unlawful.
- Misleads or deceives the addressee about the origin of messages.
- Contains viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
- Promotes illegal activities or violates applicable laws.
- Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Harms minors in any way.
- Is offensive, obscene, or promotes hate or violence.
Purycot reserves the right to take down any content violating these terms and to take appropriate legal action where necessary.
5. Customized Orders at Purycot
Purycot specializes in custom T-shirt printing based on customer-provided designs and requests. Please note:
- Order Processing: Once you confirm your design and place an order, it cannot be modified or canceled as each T-shirt is specially manufactured for you.
- Printing Accuracy: Purycot strives to replicate your design as closely as possible. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen display differences and printing limitations.
- Copyright and Ownership: By uploading a design, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have the necessary permissions. Purycot is not liable for any intellectual property infringements arising from customer-provided designs.
6. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Purycot reserves the right to modify prices at its sole discretion.
- Payments must be made through the secure payment methods available on the Platform.
7. Delivery and Shipping
- Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of checkout and are indicative only.
- Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.) will not make Purycot liable.
- The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier.
8. Intellectual Property
All content included on the platform—such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads—is the property of Purycot and protected under Indian and international copyright, authorship, and trademark laws.
Use of any Purycot content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Purycot be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of your use or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability to you for any damages shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) you purchased.

12. Prohibited Conduct
Purycot prohibits the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual, obscene, or abusive in any public interaction on the platform. Violations may result in:
- Removal of offensive content.
- Suspension or termination of accounts.
- Reporting to law enforcement authorities if required.
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Purycot reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
