Order Confirmation and Processing

Once a customer places an order on Purycot.com and the payment is successfully processed, the order is immediately queued for dispatch. We begin processing orders as soon as payment is confirmed. Please ensure that all order and shipping information provided is accurate to avoid delays.


Estimated Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 to 10 business days from the date of successful payment. In most cases, customers can expect their product to arrive within this timeframe. However, in rare circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Courier network issues
  • Weather disturbances
  • Public holidays or lockdowns
  • Remote or difficult-to-access delivery locations
  • Operational delays at the courier service level

All products ordered through Purycot.com are shipped exclusively via registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post services. We carefully select trusted logistics partners to ensure your products are handled with care and delivered safely.

🛠️ Custom Design Guidelines – Purycot

At Purycot, we offer a wide range of clothing and lifestyle products — from pre-printed designs to fully customizable items like T-shirts, caps, mugs, and dishes.

If your chosen product supports custom printing, you can upload your design after placing your order. We’ve made it simple:


✅ Upload Text, Logo or Designs

If your design includes Text, logos, quotes, icons, graphics, and cartoon designs, you can upload it directly .

How to Upload:

  • 📩 From Email: After your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If your item supports customization, it will contain a link to upload your design.
  • 🌐 Anytime: Alternatively, you can upload your design directly here.

File Requirements:

  • Accepted Formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG
  • Max File Size: 2MB
  • Important: You can upload only once per order — changes are allowed only if your design is rejected during our review.

Once your design is approved, your order moves to production. No further confirmation will be sent. If there’s an issue, we’ll email you with next steps.

If your design contains a photo, a ₹49 extra charge applies — but photo prints on mugs or cups are free. (for Photo print have to contact us on 9822322284 before submitting the design form.)


Delivery Address and Responsibility

All deliveries are made to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery details, including contact number and postal code.

Once the order is handed over to the courier company, Purycot.com is not liable for any delays caused by the courier or postal authority. Delivery times are subject to their respective operational norms.


Lost Shipments and Replacements

While we make every effort to ensure secure and timely delivery, there may be rare cases where a product is lost in transit. In such situations:

  • If the product or shipment is confirmed to be lost by the courier, the customer will be provided a replacement at no extra cost, typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days.
  • If a replacement product is not available, the customer will receive a full refund, which will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout. Once the order is shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a return or refund, unless otherwise stated in our returns policy.
