PuryCot FAQs – Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Welcome to PuryCot! Since all our products are custom-made with your personal designs, we follow specific processes for returns, replacements, and refunds. Below are the most commonly asked questions and answers to help you understand our policies.


1. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

No. Once payment is completed, we immediately start processing your order. Modifications or cancellations are not allowed.


2. How do I submit my design after ordering?

Please send your design:

  • Via link https://purycot.com/upload-your-design/
  • Via email from your registered email ID, including your Order ID

Your order will only be processed after we receive your design via email.


3. When will my order be delivered?

Once we receive your design:

  • We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours
  • Delivery usually takes 7 to 10 days
  • Delays may occur due to logistics or other unforeseen factors

4. Do I need to record an unboxing video?

Yes. It’s mandatory to record a clear unboxing video to support any claim related to:

  • Damaged or wrong product
  • Missing items
  • Dirty or mishandled product

The video must show:

  • Outer packaging
  • Full unboxing process
  • The actual product inside

5. How do I request a return or replacement for a defective product?

If there’s an issue:

  1. Go to your order page and initiate a return/replacement request
  2. in such case issue have to raise within 24 hours of delivery
  3. You’ll get a response via WhatsApp within 24 hours
  4. You may be asked to share photos/videos
  5. We’ll investigate the issue (this takes 3–7 business days)
  6. If confirmed, a free replacement will be sent within 7–10 days

6. Can I return or replace an item after delivery if it’s not defective?

Yes, but only if:

  • The issue is reported within 7 days
  • The size or color is incorrect
  • The item is unused and unworn

Used items are not eligible for return or replacement.
Refunds are only issued if a replacement is out of stock.

8. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

No. We do not accept returns or refunds due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Fabric dissatisfaction
  • Personal preferences

Please review the fabric type and product details before placing an order.


9. What if I refuse the product on delivery due to fabric or style?

If the correct product was delivered as ordered, and you reject it due to personal preference, no return/replacement or refund will be processed.


10. What happens if delivery fails due to my unavailability or wrong address?

In this case:

  • The order will be returned to us
  • You must pay a re-delivery fee (link sent via WhatsApp or email)
  • The fee must be paid within 24 hours
  • If not paid, the order will be cancelled with no refund
