Custom Design Policy
If a customer uploads personal photos or their own self-made artwork, they cannot claim copyright against Purycot. This is because Purycot never copies, shares, or resells their design. We only print the design exactly as the customer uploads it and only for that customer’s order. The design remains the customer’s responsibility, not Purycot’s property.
If another customer later uploads the same or very similar design separately, Purycot will treat it as a completely new submission. We will again do a basic check to make sure it does not look harmful, violent, hateful, sexually inappropriate, or illegal. If the design passes this basic check, Purycot may print it for that new customer. Purycot will not treat the first customer’s design as exclusive or protected, because we do not store copyright, ownership, or usage rights for any customer’s uploaded artwork. Purycot simply prints what each customer submits.
Purycot also does not do deep research, detailed copyright checks, or background investigations for any design. Customers are fully responsible for making sure they have the legal right to use the design they upload.
If Purycot prints a design uploaded by a customer, that customer is 100% responsible for any problems that may occur in the future — such as copyright issues, trademark disputes, illegal misuse, or complaints caused by the design. Purycot will not be held responsible for any consequences.
Purycot will never use a customer’s design for other customers on its own. We only print a design when a customer uploads it directly. Customers should make sure their designs are safe, original, and legal before submitting them.
By uploading a design, the customer agrees to all parts of this policy.
